Previously owned all terrain vehicles can also be an excellent choice if you're not entirely sure what your ATV needs are. If you make a mistake with a previously owned all terrain vehicle, or crash a previously owned four wheeler, three wheeler or dirt bike, then it is generally less of a hit to the pocket book than if you had a new ATV. You can generally find used models that are still in great shape at local dealerships. You can also find used ATVs through online vendors, message boards, and classified ads.
