There are many different types of 4 wheelers. Within each type of 4 wheeler there are many different designs and models. The types of 4 wheelers are utility 4 wheelers, sports 4 wheelers, and youth sized 4 wheelers. Youth sized 4 wheelers have small engines, below 90cc, and are lightweight so children can maneuver them. Youth sized 4 wheelers are great for letting your child get used to a 4 wheeler so when they are old enough to drive a full sized 4 wheeler they will be able to drive it safely and responsibly. Youth sized 4 wheelers come in a variety of colors including red, blue, green, black, brown, pink, yellow, orange and camoflauge. Youth sized 4 wheelers also come in utility and sports designs. Utility 4 wheelers are heavy and most have large engines. Utility 4 wheelers are large enough to carry cargo on the front and back in beds, baskets or on racks. Utility 4 wheelers can also tow small trailers or carts. Utility 4 wheelers work well for farming, hunting, fishing and camping since they can carry cargo while getting through rough terrain. Sports 4 wheelers are good for recreational purposes like racing. Sports 4 wheelers traditionally have smaller engines, tires, frames and have better suspension than utility 4 wheelers. This makes sports 4 wheelers light weight for stability at high speeds.
